The @APPGCW has made clear recommendations that would stop this practice and make our streets and homes safer. But delivery platforms continue to turn a blind eye.

Shocking to see multi-billion £ delivery platforms taking no responsibility for how their riders operate. Riders are incentivised to break rules to make ends meet. It puts themselves + others in danger. Well done to @laura_laker for holding them to account on @BBCBreakfast 🧵

Kiosks help build social interaction, increase natural surveillance, improve amenity and - ultimately - make cities nicer.
I simply must acquire some of these: opportunities for micro businesses and information kiosk co-location. Yellow in Wolverhampton, sky blue in Coventry and bin storage in Birmingham.

More enforcement against riders of illegally-modified "fake e-bikes", but why aren't the food delivery companies also held responsible?.
🚨 16 illegally modified e-bikes have been seized this week as part of ongoing work with partners to tackle crime, illegal vehicles and anti-social behaviour in the city centre. The bikes had been upgraded beyond legal limits — breaking the law and putting others at risk.
