@RDValerie That's fantastic, Valerie. One of the few "mouthwashes" I sometimes recommend is warm salt water. Actually, good quality salt dissolved in very hot water which is allowed to cool a bit prior to gargling and rinsing. I find it helps with minor infections and soothes irritations.

Coffee is largely misunderstood when it comes to blood pressure and hydration. Infrequent, acute use can affect slightly both. Habitual use has little impact on either - if anything, it usually is a net positive.
