Catholics, except the ones who tradionalists, are very chill, most just kind of treat it as a social event and kind of follow their tenants, its more for show and they are really chill.

This is pretty impressive too since this is one of the main focuses of the Russian army meaning they have most of their troops going for this one objective and they are still getting pushed back (though highly doubt this will be enough atm)

TL:DR - Bridge collapsed in 2013, google was notified multiple times but did not fix error.
Man was new to area and it was raining and at night.
Bridge did not have warning signs.
