You should strive to keep your Calendar as free as possible.
I used to think having a bunch of regular Catch-up Calls was productive - Most of the time it is not.
If you cancel as many as possible you will be amazed at what you can achieve in your newly found time.

Routines allow you to waste 2 hours every day while feeling productive.
If you spend half of the morning + evening journaling, taking cold showers, and meditating you are not getting things done.
While good for mental clarity you should not let your routine take over the day.

Contrary to what one might expect Seed Round valuations have not gone down in the US, while total funding numbers got decimated, Seed looks healthy.
Take this with a grain of Salt though since a reason for this might be that SAFE agreements got more popular.🤔

Solopreneurship is cool, I prefer having Cofounders though.
If you have a cofounder you might have half the equity but you can also grow 2x faster.🫡
Apart from that you can share your losses and wins which makes both better and you will be able to focus on your strengths.

Never in my wildest dreams had I expected to see btc fees dwarf eth.
Great longterm worry I had regarding btc was that fees won’t be enough to incentivize miners when transfers happen offchain/ with bridged btc.
Gives hope in sustainability of current inflation model.
