Indefinite detention has been ruled as unlawful, as is solitary confinement and the harm this causes long and short term. Serial killers get bail. I hope his legal team seeks bail for his immediate release to cease the harm being caused.

The farce of “justice” as a poor performance of the illusion of justice is exposed.
Enough deception. Judges have inherent jurisdiction to make any decision justice requires.
Who is pulling the strings for these puppets?
Julian's appeal against his extradition now goes back to an open court - if the court agrees to hear it. At every step of the way there is a trap. The UK-US treaty bars extradition if the case is political. It is - beyond doubt. And this is called justice.

Unless the judge has decided they are the "loser" therefore that is child abuse. Judge Mahon of Manukau court told me in 2021 me asking my children what school they would like to attend was "psychological abuse" (but being threatened with strangulation is no big deal)
