Thankyou to both @uugroupplc in conjunction with @DynoUK for their Investigation to discover that the years of flooding endured was due to no waste drain ever being installed by @DavidWilsonHome & never discovered by @NHBC Inspection.

Looks likely the @NHBC inspector didn't test the foul drainage on at least that house! So @Keir_Starmer where is the STATUTORY #NewHomesOmbudsman ? The current "voluntary" "New Homes Ombudsman Service" is weak, and not up to the job.

Infuriating to read this. The Minister and his outriders have been gaslighting leaseholders, somehow suggesting we are being unreasonable and clamouring for botched policymaking. Wrong. We hold them to account for promises they have made. This agenda needs prioritising!

I very much hope FirstPort will attend, but will not be surprised if they don't. Managing agents are vampires in charge of blood banks. They already have leaseholders money. They never face any consequences for mishandling that money. More power to your elbow.
Leaseholders are being ripped off by managing agents who levy huge charges but provide poor service. It’s got to stop. I’m one of 34 Labour MPs who have written today to the country’s largest managing agent, FirstPort, to demand they come to Parliament to explain themselves.
