Funny how “regulations & consultations” only become a problem after the election. Before it, you pulled plenty of levers promising leasehold reform, honesty and urgency. Now the machinery you ran to control is suddenly too inconvenient. That’s not leadership — it’s excuse-making.

I agree with you @SteveReedMP people do know best, they want the end to the nightmare of home ownership, which is fleecehold, leasehold, unadopted estates, fake freeholds and badly built unsafe homes without the needed infrastructure.
