This is so crucial to success and why networking is so important. People prefer working with people they like.
Start the relationship now.
Our team got crushed last week.
We pitched two listings…lost them both. 400k SF of listings. Damn.
We put a ton of time into these pitches. Really pulled out all the stops. So much creative energy.

I think it has the potential to help entice the existing tenant to stay, which is a benefit to the LL (depending how it’s written of course). Auto-renewal clauses seem to provide a benefit to some LL’s as well. Not saying it’s a massive benefit but it gives the LL first dibs so
