I represented a client on a 600SF space on a 1 year deal about 6 months ago. I made maybe $300.
I knew he owned real estate and was looking to expand so I stayed in touch.
Just got the nod to list his MOB that he owns (around $1.8 M).
This business never fails to surprise me.

So relatable. I have a (industrial/flex) landlord in a B- area that has 8,000/50,000SF vacant. Only has his spaces listed on Craig’s list and I tell him I can get them leased. Refuses to sign an exclusive listing agreement but wants me to bird dog him tenants. Cya

As a broker who represents a lot of tenants, it’s usually clear who the good listing brokers are.
I toured an 8,000SF office tenant through a building a few weeks ago and the listing broker has not followed up once.
I wonder how the Landlord would feel about that? 🤷🏻♂️

This was an absolute team effort to get this deal across the finish line!

I was leaving a restaurant in Jax Beach and gave the table to 3 older gents. I started chatting with them.
One of them develops home and the other develops strip centers and owns NNN properties in the Orlando and Jaxonville Area

I got invited to a dinner last night with the biggest office brokers in the South NJ market.
It was great to sit down with the other brokers, grow relationships, and let them know what we have been up to.
20-30 years of experience for most of them in this market.

An office tenant I’m currently working with needs to move ASAP. His entire suite is flooded and the LL has been slow to fix anything.
The space we’re looking at now is going to take 6-8 weeks to be finished (Landlord offered to do all the work).
