Hi Dani — We’re sorry there was an issue with your order. Our internet connection at Rock Center isn’t perfect and sometimes orders don’t come through to the store. It’s an issue we’re aware of but don’t have much power to actually fix.

Interesting thought. Calling it sashimi wouldn’t convey the salt and smoke though. And from a value perspective, there’s more salmon in a B&L than in a 2 or 3 piece order of sashimi at a sushi counter.
