I know everyone wants to argue about Mamdani a million times over. But the largest cut to public health care in American history is happening. Doesn't matter what your take is on the factional divide inside the Dem party, you just have to be shouting about this from the rooftops.
It’s official, the Republican Party just voted to kick 11 - 16 million people off their health insurance so rich people can get a fat tax cut.

Yup! Work requirements poll well when voters are asked. But it's not like there is a big grassroots movement pushing for them. This is something the GOP is trying on their own volition. And there is just so so much evidence that it will hurt health outcomes for poor Americans.
This might be the intent of "work requirements" policy, but in practice it just kicks off working Americans who don't file the paperwork correctly.

I'm still pro RCV. But I think it would be healthier for the two candidates in the left lane to vocalize their ideological differences, rather than exclusively highlight their points of agreement. Like what does the city accountant think about Mamdani's $70b housing plan?.

Likely the largest single day protest in US history united around the big-tent cause of anti-authoritarianism. I don't know how you measure the success of a protest a week later, especially when Dems have little power in Congress. But this knee jerk political nihilism is sad.
The No Kings protest failed because it didn’t address anything. It was just a picnic with signs. Same old process liberal garbage.
