Literally from jump. People seem to think this franchise suddenly turned into something that it always was. The opening scene of the first movie involves Brian’s car spitting bolts and rubber washers while a laptop blinks “danger to manifold” and he bends time around him.

We open with Mark Margolis as the Pope followed by Udo Kier feeding a baby snake blood. Gabrial Byrne plays Satan, they try to sell Arnie as like a dirtbag who lives on cold pizza, and Kevin Pollack’s character is named Bobby Chicago.

The Paper Tigers is on Netflix! One of my favourites from this year. Basically imagine the 3 Ninjas grew up, retired, amd had to come back to solve their master’s murder. A really fun little movie, particularly if you’re an action nerd.
