Is it just me, or should the Vikings maybe give Darrisaw a week or two extra. Brandel looks serviceable to good so far. 🤷♂️ I’d much rather the Vikings treat Darrisaw like Miami treated Tua instead of Darrisaw possibly having a 3rd concussions in 4 weeks.

Diggs on a go with 1-on-1 coverage, PA check down to a TE, and an out-and-up to Rudolph, and an incompletion on offense in these highlights…those plays and a bunch of defensive plays. I do think Zimmer was too conservative, but I don’t know about Flip being “good-great”.

Yes, most of these individual player cap hits for 2021 are less than Kirk Cousins. Dustin showed the average per year over the life of their contracts. For example, Aaron Rodgers is approximately $28M against the cap in 2021, but approximately $46M against the cap in 2022.

Russell Wilson has won 1 playoff game in that timespan & he’s still owed ~$211M over the next 5 yrs if he finishes the contract. Wilson is owed $85M for sure & it can only go up from there!
Aaron Rodgers only won 2 playoff games in that span & is re-did his deal to 3/$112.5M. 🤷♂️

Kirk Cousins literally did this less than a year ago to give the Vikings more room to sign players. That’s why there is a $28.5M dead cap number for him in 2024 for the Vikings. He converted $20M into a signing bonus and added void years to clear $16M in cap space for 2023.

Bears could have had Jalen Hurts instead of Kmet in the 2nd last year. Then, the Bears would not have wasted money and picks on Foles. Also, if Hurts/Trubisky would have busted in 2020, then the Bears would probably be in the top 7-10 for 2021 and have a new FO structure. 🤷♂️
