One challenge with AA is that there's no efficient way for existing users to migrate from their legacy EOAs to smart accounts (outside of bulk transferring using something like )
This EIP would allow "conversion" of an EOA to e.g. a

Today I'm proposing EIP-7377: Migration Transaction. It would be a new transaction type that allows an EOA to make a one-time code deployment at their address. This would effectively migrate the account to a smart contract permanently.

Today, most NFTs are static assets. The immutability of its media & metadata enforced either through social agreement or code.
