Where is the humanity? Open up libraries, community centres, public buildings and gymnasiums. There has to be a location that cities can open up during extreme weather conditions. This is just not right Edmonton!
Taken last night at Bissell Center in Edmonton- they were over capacity and people standing outside. It was nearly -40! Told Kohkum’s out there, crying. They started a fire to keep warm.
