@311Toronto has now responded with another generic response and a different reference number/matter description with no explanation with what I'm supposed to do with the previous reference number. So I guess if I follow up I have to quote both reference numbers.

And for the second time in a month, @311Toronto prematurely tells me via email a matter has been "concluded" when no substantial response has been received and one minute before, I got an email saying it was "in progress". Following up.

#BREAKING - Premier Ford tells me the long delayed Eglinton crosstown LRT is on track for a September opening and that it will be handed over to the TTC in the coming weeks. āAnd thank God, thatās all I have to say about thatā says Ford.
