and other organisations but children ARE now in the statutory definition - which means (it's hoped) further protections and access to help enshrined in law
A victory for campaigners as children will now be recognised within the statutory definition of Domestic Abuse.
This follows a Newsnight film showed NSPCC helpline calls had risen by a third since lockdown.
