@wesstreeting Dear Mr Streething,. I fucked off to Canada after CCT because the NHS you so proudly run imposed a hiring freeze and I couldn’t get a job. Now I’m back doing a bit of locum work and earning serious coin during the strikes. Thanks for pissing off another generation of doctors.

Lol so the politicians who are celebrating the “falling waiting lists” is all from a fudge of kicking people off who have gone private, died etc. This is what communist systems do. Fudge the grain production figures to make it look great. End the NHS. #BMA1948.
1. NHS document reveals 100,000 came off the waiting list for planned treatment in April and May after a “validation exercise” - finding people who didn’t need further treatment/gone private/moved etc ….

There we have it folks. Full blown removal of doctors from healthcare. Noctors escalate to Senior Noctor, who escalates to the Consultant Noctor. This is a politician’s wet dream - to disempower doctors and achieve full “tick box”-ification. The NHS is the antithesis of quality.

They are not there to lend a helping hand. Every member of the Alphabet Soup Practitioner brigade is there to replace doctors and they have the hubris to think they’re “equivalent”. Shame on the Consultant (Doctor) enablers. Refuse to engage with these people. Deny and defund.

Ah got it. UK has perfectly matched supply and demand of doctors. That’s why there’s no waiting lists, you can see a GP immediately and there are no waits in A&E. Remember folks, this is the dimwit public view of doctors. So public opinion is irrelevant. Keep striking.
@docanonx @IamNowAMedic @BMAResidents Yes. It’s quality not quantity we need. You avoidably harm more the UK population every year with basic errors which increases demand exponentially. 80% of harm is caused by 20% of doctors so firing 20% reduces workload. Let’s make it a profession not a trade and pay you.

I’m on a really long waiting list and my operation keeps getting cancelled. I need doctors. But also I really hate doctors and they should all be sacked. Keep striking folks. Public opinion is irrelevant.

My follow up consultation to an operation which took place last year has been cancelled 3 times and now set for November. But the NHS, the @bma and efficiency/ greed cannot be questioned. Let them all go.

Paul is emblematic of the classic NHS back office mindset. Hate doctors, bemoan your own pay and do nothing about it, whilst seemingly unaware that the whole damn operation exists so that doctors can give healthcare to patients. Don’t be a crab in a bucket. Don’t be a Paul.
