This latest farce exposes the total lack of grip the Conservatives have over the asylum system and the chaos of their Rwanda policy.
Labour has a plan to reverse the Tory collapse in removals with a 1000-officer returns unit and to smash the criminal smuggler gangs.
NEW: The Home Office can only locate 38 per cent of the migrants it intends to deport to Rwanda.
Only 2,143 of the 5,700 of the migrants Rwanda has agreed to accept "continue to report to the Home Office and can be located for detention".

Today my thoughts are with those who tragically lost their lives or were injured in the blast furnace disaster at Port Talbot steelworks in 2001.
