Children spend >50% of their time not moving. The less you move, the higher your risk of depression. Exercise is an effective treatment which needs to be prescribed more.

Hope everyone understood that they were voting for pain
In a post on his Truth Social media platform Sunday, Pres. Trump acknowledged there could be “some pain” as the U.S. implements tariffs against Canada, China and Mexico, but said the tariffs were necessary to stop a “decades long RIPOFF OF AMERICA.” https://t.co/RPxTWJrCvm

I am incredibly proud of my student, Andrew Ude, for receiving a NoA for his F-31 grant proposal. Andrew will be studying complex relationships between alcohol use and physical activity.
It has been a long wait, with a lot of nail biting but it happened. F31 Awarded :) https://t.co/b0esj3ogGQ

This is so sad. Note the fencing posture with the first brain injury. He may never be the same. @danawhite & @TBSNetwork should be ashamed. Pure exploitation. What's next, "Who can survive a stabbing"?

20 years since 9/11...we use the phrases 'Remember', 'Never Forget', and 'Honor those lost', yet are we doing that? If we want to honor those lost on 9/11, then let's find a way to be the country we were on 9/12.

I am reviewing yet another study showing that some form of exercise resulted in faster reaction times for some version of an isolated cognitive task. Conclusion: exercise benefits cognition. Pretty convincing stuff..........🙄

I would second this sentiment. My favorite projects are those that involve great friends who are careful and serious thinkers. Always a good idea to connect with others! Thanks @matt_pep @Ekkekakis
