4/ ISU was a great place, and I am sad to leave many great colleagues but simultaneously excited to add new colleagues and connections at UW. A bittersweet change that will hopefully bring a bright and exciting future! /end.

3/ My lab will continue to focus on the psychobiology of exercise, specifically on developing/testing interventions for improving mental health conditions, as in our ongoing NIH-funded trials. This includes mechanistic clinical trials with clear translational outcomes.

2/ Both the CBT+ project (RCT of therapy enhancement) and RESIST projects (RCT of resistance exercise ) to treat depression will move to UW over the next year. Postdoctoral and research staff positions (coordinator, trainer, etc) are available! DM with interest/questions.

🚨JOB UPDATE!🚨 1/ I have joined the faculty at UW-Madison as an Assistant Professor of Kinesiology. My research program investigating the psychological effects of movement-based interventions will transition to UW with research staff openings over the coming year.
