Car salespeople mirror your mask wearing because they’re trying to close a deal. They’ve learned that matching your behavior makes you feel seen, builds trust, and makes you more likely to hand over your money. Doctors, on the other hand, aren’t trained to mirror you…they’re.
There’s something wrong when car salespeople can mask for me without asking while medical professionals refuse to when asked or even when it’s in my chart. Both get money in the end. So what’s the issue? #covidisnotover.
