The 2019 Conservative Party Manifesto promised unequivocally to restrict ground rents to a peppercorn. If the Tories are abandoning that manifesto commitment, leaseholders deserve to know why. Michael Gove needs to come to Parliament on Monday to explain himself.

No. I don’t believe it. It’s a wind up. What?? The Councillor who let Reeves off for being an unlicensed landlord was, himself, an unlicensed landlord and has had to resign his position. Someone please make it stop!
