Agreed, tech and product innovation is risky, positioning and pricing innovation not so much!.
Thinking that you need to disrupt and innovate is one of the biggest fallacies when looking for new business opportunities. The opposite is mostly the case. Well-established, well-tested, boring markets are often way safer bets.

I watched my thirties vanish, and I am now watching my early forties vanish, trying to claim against a structural warranty policy. The warranty provider is threatening us with ~£200k in legal fees because we dared to claim against our policy. Our MP Keir Starmer is AWOL.
Imagine watching your 30s vanish in tribunal hearings while others build families and futures. Imagine seeing your golden years vanish into consultations & looting. Leasehold is not just broken — it’s cruel & destroys lives. Time to stop the damage and start the reform.
