I'm reading QUANTUM VOID by Douglas Phillips. Great SF book/series. Thinking about how he describes someone in 4D space interacting with 3D space makes the standard 3d-space scenes I'm describing in my novels seem simple by comparison. And motivates me to do it better!

You can always tell those friends who are older than you. They're the ones who wish you "Happy birthday" by adding, "You can't possibly be *that* old." Is it wrong for me to reply, "But you can"?

With editing done, ran some metrics on Book 1 of @TheOtherRealms today. On the Flesch-Kincaid scale, I'd expect a grade level of ~5 or less for my midgrade audience. Software reported a score of -5.3! That means I can target readers up to 11 years before they're born! Brilliant!

My friend David's Angst novel is now available for those of us that read with our ears.

Book 1 of @TheOtherRealms series is edited and complete. The new story line lets Lucy a much larger role in the story, much to my editor's delight. Thanks to all for love and support fighting through health issues to get this finished! Let the pitch madness begin!
