We emailed @BBCWomansHour. Sandie Peggie is currently the biggest ‘women’s’ story. It will affect millions: it deserves coverage. Our aim is balance, not to shut down ‘trans-inclusive’ voices - but Peggie is a much bigger story than today’s feature. WH must cover it properly.

The BBC ran this glowing piece on Lucy Clark when he was appointed manager. ⁦@emmasmithjourno⁩ ⁦@steve_mawhinney⁩.⁦@samchadderton⁩. should be equally interested now he’s replacing female players with men.

The BBC has failed for over a decade to report the aggressive attacks and protests against women speaking on the issue of sex and gender. If you ever wanted a textbook example of shocking selective bias, this is it.

Is the @Telegraph the only news outlet trying to draw attention to the fact that multiple individuals and organisations have announced they will break the law?

Revolting use of female pronouns for a man who raped a baby. Yet we are to be grateful that it’s published by mainstream media at all - a Faustian bargain . ‘The baby had reconstructive surgery to repair injuries from the diabolical attack’. @mailonline

To clear up a misunderstanding: sex verification in sport is not intrusive. No one needs to look inside underwear. A cheek swab is all that’s needed.

Not a woman of any kind, and should be referred to as he, not they. We’ll register a formal complaint. Some improvement but the BBC needs to understand it does not have to respect a rapist’s wishes not to be called ‘he’.

@andrewdoyle_com Why is Naga Munchetty calling it a documentary? . It’s very odd but the BBC has always either challenged or ignored Badenoch because of her position on trans-identified men. It colours the entire approach.

Julie Bindel to Helen Joyce at Oxford LitFest - ‘Why did journalists leave this topic alone for so long?’. Helen: ‘Young people were coming into journalism with the idea that it was their job to be an advocate, and senior people in newsrooms weren’t ready for that. ’./

The only justifiable reason for @skynews and @bbcnews to ignore this story could have been that they were waiting for a statement from the Health Secretary. That reason no longer exists.

Puberty Blockers. A 🧵 . Children’s healthcare must always be led by evidence. Medicine given to children must always be proven safe and effective first. I know there’s lots of fear and anxiety. Let me explain why this decision was taken. 1/9.

‘They told her 'you won't die, I promise you'’. One use of male pronouns, then @mailonline reverts to the rapist’s choice, despite the victim clearly describing the rapist as a man in court . It’s not just inaccurate, it elevates the rapist over his victim

This was fantastic journalism by ⁦@hannahsbee⁩, which broke just the day before the vote. That the BMA is now hunting the leak shows us how important are transparency and open reporting on sex and gender. ⁦@guardian⁩.⁦@denis_campbell

Some deadly serious questions for the BBC about consent. It’s not just eyeroll territory. Did the other men know that a woman would be on the show that they might be obliged to kiss and flirt with? . Were the other men told that they had to comply with self-ID and heterosexual

Very shocked at the thinking behind this. It’s clearly homophobic.
