It wasn’t a surprise to anyone with knowledge of the law and the courts that McCloud wasn’t granted permission to intervene as an individual in FWS v Scottish Ministers at Supreme Court - would be helpful if news reports could give an impartial account of why it was never likely.

It’s just nuts the Scottish government is having to be taken to court (again) in order to force it to comply with the law.

I know plenty of black/brown women (as well as being one!) and I've never heard anyone say this. It plays into 2 types of racist trope. i Black/brown women are less female than white women, a racist trope promoted by gender activists to liken excluding men to excluding them.

See also grown adults who claim to be "terrified" because a woman they disagree with on gender and sex is speaking at a venue. Indulging these unhealthy behaviours is totally irresponsible as well as discriminatory against women who want female-only spaces and sports.
