It’s not trans people who create the pressure, it’s society’s fixation on perfect bodies and rigid gender roles. Without that, many trans people could feel far more comfortable in their own skin.
Raging against puberty is like being angry that you were born, or that you will die. Sure, you can spend your time doing exactly that, but it's far from healthy, and for doctors to be encouraging that kind of rumination in minors is pretty sick.

@HelenWebberley Puberty is a normal part of human development. Even trans-advocates admit sexual development doesn't happen correctly without Puberty (sterilization and inability to orgasm). That "damage" is healthy, normal, human development. Pretending is cruelty.
