I lost a very good friend when he was running in 2016. She blocked me every way possible. Last week she unblocked me and was posting negative things about trump and his indictment. She dumped me 7 years for him. Thankfully she has smartened up. I am not rushing to talk to her.

If I am verbally attacked on twitter I just block that troll or bot . I refuse to go to their level and help them diminish me. My estimation is that blocking on twitter is equivalent to walking away in real life. It works for me . This is how I protect my mental health.
