This river in Prince George is where we cast Tiger Lillies & said a prayer for our deceased daughter Celeste September 19 2019. I am going to try to get a sober living housing in my community. She never settled down in her 40 years on earth. I hope to call it Celesteβs Place
I REMEMBER WAKING UP ON THE FIRST MORNING AFTER CELESTE DIED. FOR A SPLIT SECOND, A MOMENT IN TIME, LIFE IS NORMAL.
THEN.
ALL OF A SUDDEN. YOU'RE CONSUMED WITH A WAVE OF EMOTION. YOUR HEART DROPS TO THE PIT OF YOUR STOMACH & GRIEF TAKES OVER. YOUR LIFE HAS CHANGED FOREVER.
Our daughter Celeste fatally overdosed two years ago. Fentanyl. She posted this two months before she died. I like to share it a few times a year hoping it may save one person from dying.

She had a personality so amazing. When you talked to her it was like you were the most important person in the world. She listened intently and empathized completely. She was a people person.

What a loss for you when she was only 40. Good luck with your plan and consider having a GoFundMe or even forming a non-profit foundation to be able to accept donations to make this dream of yours a reality in time.

Thx Wendy. I will continue to work with the local group here and apply for government grant to start. Then we can have local fundraising events here.

Iβm so sorry for your loss. We have a similar situation with our daughter. So many times I mourned her death. Sheβs still with us but itβs the death of a life that could have been that I mourned. Now I just accept that it was never meant to be. β€οΈ

My girlβs choices were high risk. It was not a surprise when she died but it was painful. Still is. She was a people resin. Great personality. Made friends easily. Great listener. Great cook. I could go on
