Happy to announce today regulatory flexibilities for cell and gene therapies. Patients and those working on cures deserve common sense approaches.

Exposure to natural daylight that is ~5 times brighter and have plenty of light in 460-520nm spectrum than the typical fluorescent or LED light in offices improves metabolism. @Cell_Metabolism https://t.co/0IU2lrO7n2

Nobody cares about your InBody body comp results Nobody cares about your wearable VO2 “max” result Dudes out here thinking they’re sub 10% BF and/or >50mL/kg/min Newsflash, you’re not InBody tends to skew lower than DEXA underestimating body fat by 3-10% Wearables

Peptides are all the rage and some have great benefit, but you’re just not going to see the kind of studies you’re wishing for. Once you understand how federal funding works or the cost of a proper RCT it all becomes clear. So don’t hold your breath!

So perfect from @hubermanlab. Unless someone owns a peptide hand has proprietary formula there will not be great control led studied on some peptides. No one will pay/run them. Maybe mots, Pinealon, Epitalon can get some better studies. Love for BPC to. Maybe DeSci and

You’re not going to see RCTs of BPC or epithalon or SS31 or (fill in popular peptide) because (drum roll)… there is no patent opportunity or broad enough interest. People will keep experimenting & taking however. Just be careful if you do: avoid gray and market peptides folks!

Yale researchers report that Guanfacine + NAC may restore executive function in Long COVID brain fog. In early trials, 60% showed improved attention and memory by targeting inflammation and oxidative stress in the prefrontal cortex. https://t.co/u9nXBVQOWi

Your mitochondria control your skin health. Poor mitochondrial function = acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, vitiligo, and premature aging. Optimal mitochondrial function = anti-aging, tanned, minimal wrinkles, and that glow people chase with topicals. Each cell found within

If you don’t feel hungry when you’re sick, not eating it’s probably one of the best thing you can do to heal and recover. It seems likely that in 20 years fasting will be a frequently prescribed medical intervention to help people get over acute and chronic medical conditions.

One of the reasons you feel less energized when sick? Your immune system is using more energy. Fasting can be beneficial *if your appetite is naturally lowered* when sick. ⁦@MitoPsychoBio⁩ on the Huberman Lab podcast out now.

Insulin resistance starts as mitochondrial inflexibility, not simply “too much sugar.” Light → circadian timing → leptin → electron/proton ratio > electron flow efficiency → redox → mitochondrial water → metabolic flexibility → insulin signaling. As you get older you

@pritish_iyer I don't know why it's so hard for the medical community to wrap their heads around these hormones. It's not rocket science. When used correctly, they're amazing. But so few doctors even know what that means.
