Please note that I don’t fit the typical C19 false dichotomy: I agree with the top boxes and disagree with the bottom ones.

(This is not a partisan message) The Honorable Kamala Harris, a distinguished citizen, released a book that vindicates one of my cultural remarks defending voluntary household Christian patriarchy on X (Twitter). In her book, she stated the following: "For some, the voices

Leaves are infrared reflectors. Yes they also reflect a small amount of green red or yellow light. But we only know them as that because our eyes are tuned to that portion of the spectrum. The majority of the light that they reflect back is infrared and invisible.

Another example, demonstrating that the property of leaves that make them highly reflective of infrared light is not dependent on their chlorophyll content.

If there was ever a time for Americans to hold the line against Big Tech, it is now. Overwhelming majorities of Democrats, Republicans, and independents do not trust Big Tech CEOs to act in our best interests. @bstein80

Iron is important. But there is a difference between heme-iron (meat) and non-heme iron (plants). Cross et al., 2003 (Cancer Research) — randomized crossover in 21 healthy men. Adding 8 mg/day of heme iron (or a high-red-meat diet) significantly increased fecal N-nitroso

Many N-nitroso compounds (NOC) are carcinogens. In this controlled study of 21 healthy male volunteers, levels of NOC on a high (420 grams) red meat diet were significantly greater (P = 0.001) than...

The only time I've seen Methylene Blue used in my life is when a patient undergoing a bronchoscopy had been given lidocaine and had a rare reaction to it that caused methemoglobinemia (where the Fe2+ in your hemoglobin becomes oxidized to Fe3+). The MB reduces it back to the

I stopped taking Methylene Blue because it did much more damage than good. I took the bait, and it left me significantly worse off in every aspect of my life. Since I previously posted my (initially) positive experience with it, and people were reaching out asking if it's

What has since become commonly known as Tommy John surgery rescued the career of Los Angeles Dodger pitcher Tommy John, a 12-year veteran who went on to pitch an astonishing 14 more seasons after a year off recovering. In 1982, he performed the procedure on Japanese Baseball

Fun Fact: The Tommy John Surgery was invented in 1974 by Orthopedist Dr. Jobe - a graduate of Loma Linda University School of Medicine. The procedure has become so prevalent an estimated one-third of all major league pitchers have undergone it

To young people: I'm sorry you were born too late and missed the 80's. Those were the Golden Age years for America. Trying to explain it is like explaining colors to a man blind from birth. Sorry that we lost that for y'all. We thought it would never end to be honest.

As a Canadian from Toronto growing up and moving to Southern California and rooting for the Dodgers. This world series is like worlds colliding. May the best team win but I have to say that you can take the boy out of Toronto but you can't take the Toronto out of the boy.

Please read this. Drugs of abuse are the deadliest enemy most American families will ever face. The decades-long effort to medicalize, normalize, legalize, and promote them under the rubric of “harm reduction” has been a public health and human catastrophe that must be defeated

88% of ransomware attacks now target startups and SMBs, because SMBs are seen as soft targets Modern ransomware moves fast. Like REALLY fast, encrypting entire drives in seconds Most antivirus & EDR solutions do their threat analysis in the cloud, so they need an internet
