If you have “longevity genes”, it seems what you do lifestyle wise matters very little . If you don’t have “longevity genes”, lifestyle plays a larger role but rarer to end up 100+ . Right now, you can look at family tree and genetic tests but hard to really know

How you gonna treat a mood disorder with something that causes circadian arrhythmia?. Celexa suppresses melatonin. If you're on an SSRI for any reason, pay extra attention to light hygiene (morning sunlight, blue blockers at night, sleep mask)

Young men and women seem to have same rate of wound healing. Older men slow down, thought to be under the influence of DHT/T. There are some potential mechanisms to investigate here.

What no one is discussing:. Male skin is fundamentally different than female skin when it comes to solar exposure. In male skin testosterone is 5AR’d into DHT under the high solar redox from UV light. Men have far more testosterone available for this. What implications does this

I have yet to see someone do “DHT optimization” and show that their levels have increased. Lifestyle, supplement or otherwise . Someone prove me wrong
