Yes! I'm still quite fat but I've lost 40kg & already just moving around the world is so much easier & I can do so many more enjoyable things or just practical things. Here are a list of things I can do now that I could not do a year ago purely because of fatness:.
15 months ago vs today. Life is way better. Physically doing basic tasks is much easier. All health metrics improved. I’m fit, strong & not on track to get diabetes. Humans aren’t meant to carry that much extra weight. I’m angry at the fat positive shit I was fed for so long.
