We had some great guests in today! I thought they were all from the same school but they were from 4 different schools! All bang on the money, asking brilliant questions- teachers and a head - wanting the best for their kids. Lovely to see. 🥰

Oracy is a bad idea just like happiness lessons are a bad idea. Kids speaking is not Oracy. It makes a goal of something that should be a by-product of other goals. Visit Michaela and you will see us NOT doing Oracy and how it makes kids articulate! Sign up on the website!

Every parent should read @JonHaidt's latest. But note that the kids most resistant to the Devil's brew of smartphones and social media are the ones who are conservative and religious. Secularization paved the way for the descent into despondency that Jon has so ably documented.
