Prisons make more problems than they solve. There are people in prison who are there because it is deemed a safe place. Prisons are not safe, not for prisoners and not for staff. If you don’t believe me then please do some research. https://t.co/3raQ0sp5uo

Maybe next year?

What @KHarveyProctor says:
I see @RupertLowe10 is the latest individual suggesting the return of capital punishment. I disagree wholeheartedly with the return of the death penalty. While in many cases guilt appears unequivocal, our justice system is far from infallible. As an MP, I once supported the

This is why organisations such as us here @FACTukorg should be investigating in creating employment opportunities for many.
https://t.co/XAzKx4RkbC What happens when you’re innocent but never cleared? Even after release, the wrongfully convicted face lifelong punishment: job rejection, stigma, no travel, no insurance, no peace. Join as we expose the silent suffering of those still branded guilty.

The BBC has a long history of shoddy “journalism” & bias. In October 2019, I was invited to give my views following the closure of Operation Midland & subsequent Henriques Report - not to sit through a Metropolitan Police press statement. Then Naga Munchetty incorrectly claimed

Beware! Starbuck now has a blurry 'sensitive content' advisory note, as below Couldn't happen to a nicer law firm, we're sure As @FACTukorg asks, will men (yuck, spit) be welcome at @proudmanslaw? #BoycottProudmans
@AccusedOrg A niche Chambers, where the evidence doesn't matter? Is this performative feminism for profit, or not for prophet? The downfall of nominative determinism, by pride before?

Universities were once homes of reason. Now, administrators apologise for hosting lawful debate. Fear wears the mask of sensitivity — and calls itself virtue.

Sadly funding is easier obtained by woke organisations as opposed to those wishing to make a true difference.
We made the decision to scrap plans to launch Lewis Legal CIC due to the fact no one wants to fund to a company assisting those already convicted of an offence. Yet, work under a Rainbow banner dress as the opposite sex and they'll throw funds at you all day. Shame really.

@discoverpolitic @AccusedScots Usual pathetic argument. Anyone who cares about innocents being convicted of what never happened therefore doesn't care about victims and survivors. The latter make a terrible mistake with their BELIEVE ALL SURVIVORS approach because we are already aware of so many who are not

My article in @Daily_Express: Andrew’s downfall should trouble anyone who believes in fairness. Justice cannot be achieved through the gleeful dismantling of a man’s life absent proof of guilt. He should be presumed innocent & entitled to due process. https://t.co/GM0W7Ezmth

Making the former prince plain old Andrew is not a victory.

Surely this is why all sentences need an end/spent date so one day the slate is wiped clean, for the wrongfully convicted who cannot get convictions overturned.
Would you also have called PCOSOs Andy Malkinson, Peter Sullivan, Brian Buckle 'vile' when you were Justice Secretary not five minutes ago @ShabanaMahmood? @HoCStandards please can you look into whether you think this is appropriate language (in @MetroUK) @EmpowerInnocent

In stripping Andrew Mountbatten Windsor of his titles etc, the establishment - including the monarchy & Parliament - has shredded the golden thread of our justice system: innocent until proven guilty. While the settlement of circa £12mn to Virginia Giuffre remains an enigma - we

This has happened far too many times!
Kai Lloyd, 14, took his own life after being falsely accused & arrested for theft - despite there being no evidence or corroboration. His accuser should be prosecuted. A most tragic & depressing case. False allegations can kill. My heartfelt condolences to Kai’s loved ones.
