If you are involved with sexual allegations in any capacity at all, this is compulsory reading. Richard Webster saw all and it should never be assumed that his is the only voice. There are thousands represented. The reconstruction of Savile exacerbated the terrible wrongs.

The problem here of course is that lawyers know the system. They can see someone is innocent but also know that prosecutors can find a way to make them look guilty. What advice should s/he give the client, if pleading guilty is likely to mean a shorter sentence?.@EmpowerInnocent.
@Aguirre115622 @KingOfHits @ClarkeMicah My eyes were opened when a lawyer I respected said to a young man ‘Plead guilty. No-one is going to believe you and you were just in the wrong place at the wrong time.’ I told another older lawyer who didn’t believe me but then said that any prosecuted case ‘had substance to it’.

Astounding how people who know least about Savile case ask those who know most about the Savile case if they actually know anything!.
@paramaniac9 @HE0776 @lizyeld Do you know anything about the Jimmy Saville case? Like, at all? . Because the allegations simply did not just come out of the woodwork… Such allegations were made throughout the decades, but they were hushed and ignored. I suggest actually doing some research before going on.
