Sadly they write a tight policy. The issue is that they advertise "you're covered, don't worry" and then the policy excludes things like lost revenue, mold mitigation, mortgage/taxes.
When your house is unlivable for an entire year, the lost revenue + mortgage + taxes hits hard.
