Remdesivir & Tocili are still under govt control. Nodal state agency is the state drug controller by default.
Remdesivir in TN however is being channeled via TNMSC and is available by following this guidance note
In spite of Govt repeatedly telling to get

in govt hospitals only why we see lot of people asking for reliable contacts to buy it? Either the message has not reached them or still the medicine available in outside market which is now supposedly illegal.

We visited 4 shelters from the
@chennaicorp
list and found no relief camps running there. A camp would not have been possible either because grounds (and in Beemanna garden school case, even the road) was badly waterlogged, so it wasn't a case of shelter occupants returning home.
