There are issues with it as far as I can recall (took kinesiology 25 years ago). For one ligaments and tendons become less elastic and more prone to injury. My guess is there are others too.

My grandfather risked his life during ww2. He was with the RAF through the blitz. I honestly wonder what he would think of this and whether the current state of the western world in any way resembles what he thought he was putting his life on the line for.

The important thing to remember is that Jill Biden identifies as a doctor. As such, this the appropriate title for her. I, myself, identify as world leader. "Supreme super leader" is my preferred title although "your highness " or just "emperor" will suffice.
