@greeborunner This survey which we have out is showing some quite alarming trends about how revision is undertaken. I think teachers will be surprised when they see the results.

I've seen teachers panic particularly in observations when during retrieval practice students get the answer wrong. The benefit of retrieval practice is from the testing effect of students accessing the information not from AFL. So don't panic, correct the mistake and move on.
