The heart of our Constitutional Crisis. The Left doesn't believe in the Constitution- the actual written words and norms. The only legitimate institutions are ones which conform to Liberal policy preferences.
People need to realize the Supreme Court has spent MOST of its history being a terrible institution that just rubber-stamps horrendous corruption, malfeasance, and violations of rights, and was only kind of functional as a pro-rule of law institution from the 1950s to the 1980s.
