There are so many people like this. Let's give them as much visibility as we can.
Been talking to a really nice cleaner in my room who is from Somalia and his family are still there. He works driving taxis all week then cleans hospitals all weekend. He’s a really genuine, good guy. This country needs more of him, and less hate.

Yes. Here's the heart of it. "The idea that recognised refugees need to be deported is wrong. We absolutely need immigration controls. And where those controls decide to grant asylum, we should welcome and integrate, not create perpetual limbo and alienation."
The Prime Minister said in September that we are at a fork in the road. These asylum proposals suggest we have taken the wrong turning. The idea that recognised refugees need to be deported is wrong. We absolutely need immigration controls. And where those controls decide to

This. So much.
@LabourfutureUK The current chaos in the U.S, the disaster that Reform councils are, and the fundamental mess that right wing governments around the world are making e.g. Argentina, shows that running things on hatred and division doesn’t work.

* Housing and Planning Minister @mtpennycook “minded to include explicit recognition of chalk streams in the new suite of national policies for decision making”. It is reasonable to ask him why.
You know things are bad when Reform are greener than @UKLabour !!! Labour are the only party that rejected the amendment to protect chalk streams.

And because their two year trained assistants are being paid more than many resident doctors.
Today resident doctors begin 5 days of strike action & patients are standing with them, because: 🔵£22.50/hr for one of the hardest jobs is fair 🔵shutting out 20K doctors while the #NHS has 100K vacancies is dangerous 🔵staff are striking to protect patients, not harm them

As the @DailMail endlessly bashes the BBC for a bad @BBCPanorama edit it hides the fact it made up a quote from Nick Robinson. Not an edit - a fabrication. The apology is buried deep within the paper.
This morning @DailyMail admits that it published a statement it claimed I had made when I have never said anything like it. 🤔

I asked Grok to critique this claim without disclosing that Grok made it. Interesting reply: "The "licence" isn't being fully ditched: The UK Govt has frozen the fee until 2027 and initiated a review of @BBC funding models, but abolition isn't confirmed. The claim treats it as a
