This is completely and utterly shameful. I’m sorry this happened to you and @DrHWazir, Aadam. This flag 🇬🇧 belongs as much to you as me. @TalkTV owe you an apology. By the way, we do have doctors to come to the UK to work in the NHS - and we’re lucky to have them.
Absolutely disgraceful racism from @jkyleofficial on @TalkTV. As the camera zooms in on me and @DrHWazir on the picket line, he sneers that “a lot of them have come into this country to be doctors.” He based this solely on the colour of my skin. I was born in the UK. I studied

A “Labour” government vilifying striking workers, running off to right wing tabloids the second negotiations breakdown, talking about banning workers from striking. Hopefully May 7th will give backbench MPs and members the kick they need to get rid of this sitting government.
"It's not how a Labour government should approach industrial relations. "Despite attempts to turn public opinion against them, resident doctors are standing up for the future of the NHS.

'Do you accept that striking over this period is going to put undue pressure on the NHS?' - @KamaliMelbourne 'Strikes are temporary, but the pressure on the NHS is continuous, and if we don't do something, the damage will be permanent.' - @DocShivSharma

Whatever you think about resident doctor strikes, the govt's decision to downgrade the NHS by - yes, you read that right - "reducing reliance on doctors" is appallingly short-sighted. This will punish patients, who have a right to access high quality care from appropriately

I've written in @HSJnews today: Not another protracted Labour government U-turn. Wes Streeting must act now and cancel the Trump/Mandelson Palantir contract. NHS workers are voting with their feet and refusing to take part in this national disgrace.

I visited @LushLtd in Coventry city centre last week to see their powerful migrants' rights campaign 🩵 Coventry is a City of Sanctuary and we know the truth: migrants aren't the threat, racism is. Our NHS, housing and public services weren't broken by migrants, they were

NHS doctor in training Ayo Khalil is an extremist, so it is no surprise to see him abusing Met Police officers at the Defend Our Juries Palestine Action-fest in Trafalgar Square. He should be nowhere near public services.
Here's Ayo Khalil getting arrested at HMP Bronzefield. He and his fellow extremists were there to abuse prison staff and the police, on behalf of vandals. This is what the Green Party backs and likes. In fact, Jenny Jones of the Green Party joined this rabble on the day.

@NHSComics The NHS provides care based on clinical need, not English proficiency. NICE guidelines explicitly require services to accommodate language barriers in antenatal care. By your logic, a native English speaker with low literacy should also be turned away from maternity services.

Solidarity with doctors on strike today. They’re not asking for a pay rise. They’re asking for pay restoration after a decade of cuts. The government’s response? Take away vital training jobs, harming us all. Hardworking NHS staff will always have my full support!
