They shut down the west bound lanes of the Crescent City Connection yesterday due to a homicide. There were three shootings in the quarter during Mardi Gras where two people were killed. Who cares if it’s a B-ball game or MG- people want to go there & not fear for their life.

I’ve been to Dudy Noble and Alex Box….both for big ball games. Dudy Noble may very well fit more people and no doubt has a great atmosphere, but there’s not a louder stadium in the nation than Alex Box in the post season. And that’s a fact Jack.

It's baseball. School is out. Let Texas and State play tonight then pause the damn CWS, change the schedule and put it on one of the 47 ESPN networks and resume next week. Teams go 4-5 days without playing throughout the season as is.

Dude- they were in Omaha in 15’, National Runner Up in 17, Super Regional Appearances in 19’ & 21’. Oh and best part, I’m pretty sure they haven’t dropped a series to Miss St during that run- including a Super Regional win in 17’. Up and coming would better describe Tennessee.
