Due to anticipated weather impacts from storms moving across the region, City buildings will be closed to the public on Thursday, July 17, 2025; however, City services will remain open virtually.

After visiting Doha & Al Udeid Air Force Base with Mayor Barnett, I am also grateful there were no injuries to US service members or our Qatari partners following the strike. New Orleans continues to support efforts that promote peace, security, & stability throughout the region.
