We then created multiple new pancreatic cancer cell lines for evaluating the clock health in vitro and in vivo - finding that circadian disruption of PDAC tumors leads to advanced progression, decreased survival, and chemotherapeutic resistance.

Check out our new manuscript uploaded to @biorxivpreprint on measuring clock health in both normal human pancreas and #PDAC. We used several bioinformatic tools to determine that clock health was diminished in PDAC compared to normal pancreas.
