Ah, the ‘call until you code’ retirement plan, classic vascular longevity strategy. So if you’re not sleep-deprived & scrubbed in at 2 a.m., you’re unfit for the OR, or have no value to the team? There are multiple strategies to incorporate the value of all surgeons to the team
