If you read the thread they are a disabled artist who has been making decent money on their art BEFORE AI..now their income has been decimated by the ppl who have been screaming disabled ppl need AI. Soo yeah...AI is destroying lives of all kinds of ppl. Including the disabled.

Let's be clear here. Not a single major studio has sued AI for IP infringement even though there are 1000s of examples of it. I promise you that CEOs of studios have already been in touch with OpenAi etc through back channels. Studios want AI to make more profit.
OpenAI has scheduled meetings with Hollywood studios & talent agencies to encourage filmmakers & studios to use AI in their work.
They have already opened their AI video-making software to a few big-name actors and directors.

Photoshop takes skill to learn how to use correctly. The issues with use came later when you became able to create scenes in photoshop that competed with doing real life shoots, also the ideas of altering reality etc were and still are on some levels a discussion.
