DPW has dispatched a crew If you cross the bridge today, let me know if it's cleaned up?
On the Bryant Street pedestrian bridge linking Rhode Island Ave Metro station with Eckington and Edgewood, there is a spilled bucket of blue paint spill slowly spreading across the width of the bridge. Please be careful! @311DCgov can we get a cleanup from @DDOTDC and @DCDPW ?

Commissioner Mónica Martínez López and I chatted a bit with Councilmember Pinto at an event last night Councilmember Pinto chairs the Council's Judiciary Committee which has oversight of MPD and the 911 system, among other things. 👇
Wonderful to be with so many inspired leaders tonight ready to say ✅ Yes to housing ✅ Yes to safety ✅ Yes to human rights ✅ Yes to democracy Thank you for having me @CNLiberalism

A painstaking rebalancing of the Case Shiller index finds that DC home prices have shot up 200% in real terms since 1940. And that home prices grew fastest in places that didn't build enough homes. https://t.co/N6vkSXpOej

Interesting: @CMZParker5 has a new bill that would require that D.C. have a minimum amount of traffic cameras to enforce restrictions on where trucks can drive (30) and to ticket drivers who don't yield to pedestrians (15).

We have been told that the National Guard deployment in DC will cost the federal government $201 MILLION through the end of this calendar year. If the Guard is really staying through the America 250 celebration, the total cost to the taxpayers could easily top half a billion
Interesting: As part of D.C.'s ongoing lawsuit against the Trump administration over the deployment of the National Guard, @DCAttorneyGen says in a new court filing that documents show the guard is likely to remain in the city through next summer.

I have joined with Commissioner @Aru5F02 to oppose a downzoning from mixed use to industrial proposal on New York Avenue at Montana Triangle, reinforcing concerns raised by ANC 5C and almost all of the community comments. The proposal would delete 1,400 homes from the zoning map.

Hey @_DCHealth you see this? What’s going on with rats in DC? Rats is one the top issues I hear from neighbors! We need better solutions and need to be more aggressive!
New York finally appears to be tipping the scales against city rats. Yet other cities, in America and beyond, are struggling https://t.co/37PHl6HBUy
